The maps of the Zagier series come from Argentina. They cover partly the same areas like JLM-maps, however, containing more details on the argentinian side. On the Chilean side they have less information than the JLM-maps. Thus, they are better suited for travelling in Argentina. Unfortunately, they do not have additional detail maps or information on the back side like the JLM-maps. An excellent map is the Patagonian South Ice Field.

Topographic maps of Aoneker cover selected areas of the Andes (Chile and Argentina) down to 1:50.000. They are made using recent satellite data and Landsat-images. They probably represent the most precise maps currently available. Firestone maps of Argentina
